    My Bulgarian Property deducts the following taxes and commissions:

• Intermediary commission - in each purchase of real estate done through our mediation we take from 2% to 4% commissions on the purchasing price or minimum of 1000 €(approx. 700 £ GBP) for properties priced up to 10,000 € and 15000 € (approx. 1050 £ GBP) for properties priced from 10,000 to 50,000 €. This commission is payable on signing the preliminary contract for property purchase and paying in deposit.
• One day cost - 15 euro for accommodation(including food & refreshments). We have two private villas one in Varna and another one in Kazanlak. 
• Other expenses - there are other preliminary fees (very low), payable separately, such as a notary tax, property purchase tax, stamp-duty, etc., at about 100-200 € (for example for a country house).These additional charges are very small and usually around 3% of the purchasing price. These should be paid separately by the buyer. We protect the rights of the buyer!
• Fee for registration of firm - our consultants and lawyers will assist you by setting up or joining a company incorporated under Bulgarian legislation foreign person. The fee is about 600 € . Such costs do not include the registered capital amount required to set up the company rating at BGL 5.000 which you can, following company set-up, dispose of at such time and in such manner as in your own discretion as a holder thereof.
• Transport fee - We will take you from any Bulgarian airport show you all the country especially historical places,properties all around the country and leave you at any Bulgarian airport.We offer two options of travel organization. The first is with our company car and we take 0.10 € per kilometer. The second way is by a rent-a-car - if you want to take advantage of this service, we recommend you our partner who will offer you a car according to your taste at very reasonable prices.
• Property management fee - after buying the real estate we offer you complex management of your property and the taxes are negotiable.....more info
